The profile for each team members can be accessed from Settings | Users & Teams. Our system offers different access levels to ensure that each team member can interact with the platform based on their specific role and responsibilities. These access levels are designed to strike a balance between data visibility, editing capabilities, and privacy. Below, you'll find explanations for each access level:
At the User level, users can only view and edit their own data, maintaining strict privacy by not having access to the data of other team members.
At the All level, users can view and edit both their own data and the data of all other team members, allowing for comprehensive access and collaboration within the team.
At the View All level, users can view and edit their own data, but they can only view the data of all other team members. They have limited access to edit data beyond their own, ensuring data integrity while allowing them to view information from other team members.
At the Read Only level, users have access to view all data, including their own and that of all other team members. However, their access is limited to read-only, meaning they can only view the data and cannot make any edits or modifications. This level ensures data visibility while maintaining data integrity by preventing any changes to the information.
At the None/Hidden level with no access to the specified screen. This means they will not be able to view or interact with that specific screen, while they may still have access to other parts of the system. This level is useful for controlling access to specific screens or features within the system while allowing users to use other parts of the application.
These access levels are designed to meet various security, privacy, and collaboration needs within our system. Please review and select the appropriate access level based on each user's role and responsibilities.
